Only a few days to go until Rock ‘n’ Roll is reborn at the Astor. And to help you have an amazing time please take note of the following:
- Even though the start time on your tickets says 2:30pm we are actually throwing open the doors at 2:00 o’clock. This happened so we could pack in as much entertainment value as possible.
- Daylight savings officially starts this Sunday so remember to wind your clocks forward. There’s no point complaining if you rock up half way through the movie. Hey, blame the pollies, it wasn’t my idea!
- This is a glitz and glam affair so effort will be rewarded. There are top prizes for the snazziest dressers and besides - it all adds to the fun and atmosphere.
It’s not too late if you still haven’t bought a ticket. You can get them at the door but you’ll fork out a mighty $5:00 extra (although we heartily welcome the donation). Be kind to your purse and buy a ticket online.

The Astor gig has come together in an incredibly short time. We hope everything turns out great on the day. Be sure to let us know how we could improve it for next time but don’t hold back on praise either. It’s been a big effort from many people who gave generously of their time and effort to make it happen. Enjoy !
